Senior Sales Consultant – Martech, SaaS – London - £60k OTE minimum

We desire an experienced SaaS sales consultant with SME or start-up experience to join the next stage of our growth as we double our revenues and team size.

Since this role will focus sales activities on the 90% of our client base residing in the US, you will be required to work 1-9pm GMT.
You will have the flexibility to work from home 60% of the time and flex your working hours (within reason) to suit your lifestyle.

The brief:

This role is perfect for someone with experience selling a saas solution to small and mid-sized clients, who is comfortable working autonomously and may one day aspire to manage a team. Our commission is uncapped so your earning potential is legitimately limitless!

This is a huge opportunity for the right person. 90% of ecommerce stores don’t (yet) have loyalty programs. Consequently, LoyaltyLion grew from 300 to 4000 clients with practically no outbound sales activities.

LoyaltyLion is a data-driven loyalty and engagement platform trusted by thousands of ecommerce brands worldwide. Merchants use LoyaltyLion when they want a fully customised loyalty program that is proven to increase customer engagement, retention and spend. Stores using LoyaltyLion typically generate at least $15 for every $1 they spend on the platform.

Today LoyaltyLion works with over 4,000 fast-growth ecommerce retailers. Our mission is to help them succeed in the age of Amazon, where they may not be able to compete on price and logistics but can offer a better customer experience. One that makes customers feel valued, rather than like they are just another number.

Here are some of the activities you’ll be doing:

Consulting e-commerce, marketing or loyalty managers on customer lifetime value.

Presenting the solution to clients and managing them through an average 3-month sales life-cycle.

Closing recurring contract deals valued at £12-50,000 ARR (annual recurring revenue).

Advocating partner tools and the value-add of adopting an effective customer retention strategy.

Using and encouraging the adoption of datamining (datanyze) and lead generation tools.

Closing warm leads from our 'Loyalty Analysts'.

Coaching junior team members.

Building and maintaining your pipeline to supplement business forecasting.

Proven experience in a SaaS b2b sales role, ideally within Martech or e-commerce.

The EQ to tailor your approach to each of your individual clients.

Our journey so far:

LoyaltyLion was founded four years ago by Charlie (ex-Deloitte) and Dave (ex-Oracle).
