The Lanesborough is currently seeking to recruit an exceptional individual to join the senior management team as Pastry Head Chef.

We are looking for an experienced & highly professional Pastry Head Chef leading our pastry team who has the talent and ability to prepare and produce high quality pastry & patisseries consistently.You must be dual – skilled as rigorous manager and chef! You will be responsible for leading a brigade of 15 dedicated chefs, where you will be in charge for their training, motivation and of structuring the team. You will also ensure a good and professional working atmosphere. With excellent culinary skills and the desire to push for excellence, you will have experience in managing budgets, menu planning and costing and implementing standards and health and hygiene. You will be a charismatic leader who has strong teaching skills, creativity, good relationship skills and a physical and mental resilience.

You will come from a similar management position from a similar hotel background.
