Job overview / purpose:
As a Customer Service Administrator based in the Sales team, you would learn key Operations of the department.
Main responsibilities:Liaising with our large customer base, suppliers, internal staff and key partners Processing incoming customer orders via telephone, email and fax Contacting existing customers via telephone to inform them about products and promotional offers Resolving customer service problems by organising collections and credit notes Other duties would include; Developing resources and procedures to support consistency of customer service delivery Developing and using social media strategies to deliver customer service Gathering, analysing and interpreting customer feedback Identifying and analysing relevant sales related information to inform the promotion of additional products and/or services to customers General office duties as required
Desired qualities:Enthusiasm for social media, IT and enjoy sport (in particular Rugby) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Good organisation skills and be willing to learn Ability to work well in a team environment High attention to detail with problem solving skills Ambition, strong work ethic and open to new ideas

Minimum 5 GCSE Grades (C and above) or equivalent, including Maths and English.
5 days per week,
9am - 5:30pm,
37.5 hours per week [all details will be confirmed with the employer]
£250 per week
