A new opportunity for a part time Administrator to join a busy, friendly team to help with operational, planning and administration support.
Duties include:-

- Providing outstanding customer service for visitors and internal / external callers.
- Ensure meeting rooms are set up as per requirements.
- Coordinate meeting refreshments as required.
- Central point of contact for Field teams during preparation.
- Process all orders for store openings / refurbishments.
- Type up and issue notes and actions post meetings.
- Maintain team site documents.
- Ordering, and organisation of, office supplies.
- Create and Goods receipt purchase orders.

You must have excellent communication and IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

16 Hours Per Week: Thursday and Friday - 8.30am - 5.30pm
