Consultant Practitioner - Grade 15 - £44,691 - £46,578
We have 3 FTE post within the Consultant Practitioner Hub. These are exciting roles that are key in driving forward improved practice. The role includes:
Facilitation of reflective group supervision
1:1 case consultation to staff
Working alongside social workers on difficult or complex cases
Support new learning with bespoke training as needed
Delivery of various staff trainings
The role reports directly to the Principal Social Worker and though a non-case carrying position, there is the ability to carry up to 2 complex cases if desired. The Hub has regular group reflective supervision as well as monthly individual supervision.
You are a highly qualified advanced practitioner who is passionate about helping to develop the practice of others. You know what good social work looks like and have the skills, experience and knowledge to provide practice support to staff across the service.
You will be a HCPC registered social worker with a minimum of 6 years post qualifying experience. You will have substantial experience in at least 2 service areas within statutory services.
You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable delivering training and facilitating groups. Experience working with systemic concepts would be an asset.
