Residential Support Worker - Children's - Days and Waking Nights

NonStop's client, based in Newbury is looking for a number of Residential Support Workers, to work with Disabled Young People. This is a short break service for disabled children and young people; they provide overnight stays and day care opportunities for up to 6 young people per day meaning there is the option for day time working or night time, giving you flexibility.

They are looking for flexible dynamic people to join their visionary team as part of a flexible rota, which covers 7 days a week. Shifts are either morning 7 - 2.30 or evenings 2 - 9.30.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the residential staff team as a full time or part time Night Care Assistant. If you want to make a difference to children and young people with disabilities this is an exciting and innovative work environment in which they offer high quality support and training. Our service is rated 'Good' by Ofsted and we continue to strive to provide an excellent service to the children and their families.

An NVQ 3/QCF Diploma level 3 or equivalent qualification in Child Care is preferable for this position but a willingness and ability to work towards this also considered. A full induction and regular supervision and training will be provided.

Telephone interviews are taking place as and when strong candidates become available, if this type of role is of interest do not delay and get in touch today.

What my client offers:

* Flexible working patterns
* 6 month contracts
* Different sites across the UK
* Direct working with staff
* Pay rates of up to £12 per hour
* Weekly pay
