Central Support Administrator/Assistant Receptionist
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced administrator to join a small team at our Enfield Centre to provide varied and general administrative support. The successful candidate will also be required to operate the College switchboard system, including taking and relaying messages both incoming and outgoing.
The successful candidate must be a competent user of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook. The post holder will liaise with all levels of staff and outside agencies as well as students. They must have an experience of customer service and the ability to show initiative and work unsupervised. They must also show a commitment to working as a member of a team.
The ideal candidate should have an administrative background and have excellent communication skills. They should also have knowledge of reception duties, including operating a switchboard.
This post is subject to an enhanced DBS disclosure and barring list check as it is within regulated activity due to the college being defined as a ‘specified place’.
