Your role will involve identifying and appraising new opportunities for the promotion of residential and commercial sites through the planning processes. You will also get involved in other planning research required for the business to facilitate Appeals and Local Plan examinations.
What key qualities and skills will I need for the role?
- It would also be beneficial to be a qualified Town Planner, or equivalent (RICS)
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
- Ability to work effectively using own initiative, with minimal supervision
- Full UK driving licence

Hours of Work: You will be able to work flexibly to suit your circumstances (minimum of 20 hours per week), including the ability to choose your own working pattern (days and times) which can be varied to suit.
