About the role
We currently have an opportunity for a Care Assistant to join our care home team and meet the personal care needs of our residents in a way that respects the dignity of the individual and promotes independence. As a carer in one of our unique villages you’ll not only be able to use your skills to deliver the highest quality of care in fantastic surroundings – we’ll support your continuing professional development by providing ongoing access to training and helping you gain further qualifications. And if you’re looking to progress we have real opportunities to develop your leadership skills.
Who we are looking for:
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, and able to work well within a team
Also able to work on own initiative and resolve issues with minimal supervision
A background in care is desirable but not essential, as is an NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
Professional, neat appearance and excellent communication skills
