Duties and Responsibilities
- Cooking and preparing using fresh and seasonal ingredients
- Preparing specials as well as main menu
- Support other team members where required
- Having a professional outlook
- Being efficient and hygienic at all times
- Taking lead for team such as rota & training
- Have used combination of equipment
