As part of this fantastic company as a Administrative Assistant you will provide support to Senior Managers, assisting in daily office needs and managing the company’s general administrative activities.
Administrative Assistant duties will include:
- Handle company paperwork
- Organise travel requirements for Senior Management
- Organise sales meetings
- Develop and maintain filing systems
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Coordinate office procedures
Administrative Assistant requirements:
- Proven admin experience
- Strong organisational and planning skills
