A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Japanese speaking Clinical Trial Administrator to join a global organisation which provides exceptional service within pharmaceuticals industry. They are urgently looking for a talented Japanese speaking Clinical Trial Administrator, to join their dynamic and friendly team in Buckinghamshire!
As a Clinical Trial Administrator you will be responsible for the audit review of Trial Master File (TML), Investigation Site File (ISF) documentation, maintenance of electronic filling templates, dealing with re-filing when required and preparing all documents for scanning. As part of your role you will also be researching and supporting other departments when needed. It is essential to have exceptional communication and organisational skills to communicate clearly and effectively.

If you can tick off that you speak fluent Japanese, have experience in TMF, ISF and are proactive and motivated then this is a great job for you!
- Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in TMF, ISF and data-entry
- Previous experience as an Administrator, team Assistant or Administration assistant
- Strong IT skills, Microsoft, Outlook, Excel and Word
- Able to work in a fast passed environment and keep deadlines
- Proactive, motivated and multi-task
- Team player
