Our client, a successful wealth management business is looking for a keen, enthusiastic, hardworking, highly professional Administrator to provide overall support to 2 Financial Advisors. They provide advice & guidance on wealth management, investments and pensions individuals to businesses, so you will be required to provide the highest levels of service, speaking to clients over the phone & via email, managing diaries of the Advisors, arranging meetings, preparing documentation for use in meetings and gathering information needed as well as data entry.
You will work closely with a highly experienced member of the support team.

Experience required

* Background in a finance environment - desirable
* At least 1-2 year's office admin experience
* Experience of providing support in numerous areas of an office such as basic marketing, dealing with IT issues, providing excellent high end customer care

* Proficient in Word, Excel & PowerPoint, able to produce PowerPoint presentations when required

* Experience in maintaining systems, processes and procedures
* Comfortable with electronic data systems

The Role
Tasks may include, but are not limited to:

* To support the Advisor by dealing effectively with the day to day business operation
* To assist the Advisor to take the business forward with creativity and positivity to safely meet the Advisor goals

General office tasks such as:

* Management of general administration
* Telephone answering, photocopying, printing, sending emails, going to the Post Office, faxing, filing, assisting other staff when required
* Assisting the Office Manager implementing new procedures and administrative systems
* Assisting the smooth running of the office by dealing with ad hoc tasks and issues in a reactive manner
* To work alongside a team of employees ensuring excellent processes are maintained and followed
* To ensure office stationery and equipment is of sufficient quality, quantity and up to date
* To achieve daily and quarterly goals and satisfy the priorities agreed with the Financial Advisor
* To project a professional image in both appearance and attitude to provide quality support on time to agreed standards.

Business Processing:

* Support the Advisor to ensure the end to end business process is adhered to and tracked efficiently in line with Advisor and regulatory standards
* Oversee and manage the submission of all client applications/advise sets.
* To ensure all relevant information required for writing the client report is available

Practice Development

* To support the Advisor with and contribute to all projects, gaining new prospects and clients, to achieve Practice goals and objectives and to develop client relationships and referrals, service existing clients and assist in building new relationships, incorporation with client entertainment events and a first-class client servicing strategy.

Our client specialises in delivering face to face wealth management advice to individuals and businesses, and deal with investments, pensions, and wealth management in general. They have a great emphasis on client care, to ensure that clients receive the highest levels of service.

The salary
Salary range £17,000 - £21,000 per annum. Salary award will depend on experience & suitability for the role.
