The role is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the managing director to ensure the smooth running of the operations, with a focus on excellent customer service; acting as the first point of contact for all internal and external communications. The position will be responsible for providing support to the Managing Director.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Collate data and assist with preparation for all aspects within the business. Running several meetings, this will include arranging any relevant documentation, producing agendas and minutes.
  • General admission tasks
  • Data entry
  • Document management using various internal systems
  • Dealing with client's enquiries
  • Handling emails/calls
  • Taking messages and passing on the relevant information
  • Greeting new and old clients
  • Supporting relevant teams within the business
  • Reception duties
  • First point of contact to all visitors and staff
  • Proof reading

Skills & Requirements:

  • Previous experience of working in an office environment
  • Well organised
  • Great communication skills
  • IT ability, including word, excel and Microsoft Office
  • Social media savvy
  • Able to follow thorough instructions and complete high-level tasks
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Accuracy and attention to detail

Experience:

  • Office Administration: 2 years
  • Office Management: 2 years
  • Education: Graduate or A Levels
