Accounts Assistant - 12 month contract
Our client, a soft commodity brokerage house, is looking for maternity cover for an account’s assistant role based in their London office.
This is an opportunity to work in a young and dynamic company performing daily payments and bank reconciliations as well as being responsible for checking and settling broker margin calls and making journal entries in the accounting system.
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Intermediate/advanced skills in excel and experience using Sun systems and Infor Q&A
- Good knowledge of book keeping/double entry with experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable are essential
- Use of professional advantage B4B application and experience of working within a trading house would be desirable
