What you'll do

As a Supply Chain Planner, the primary focus for the role is to manage a specific product portfolio and maintain the correct levels of inventory to agreed targets, ensuring a seamless finished goods inventory flow from supplier to customer.

-Working with in house and 3rd Party supply partners to support the supply plans

-Working with the in-country supply teams to align and maintain supply plans to agreed demand plans / business requirements and to ensure service levels are met and maintained

-Maintenance and development of reporting and business systems to ensure accuracy and integrity in planning, processing and visibility of inventory

-Identify and implement improvements to planning processes and inventory management as well as lead and support projects / business initiatives

What we look for

A self-motivated candidate committed to continuous improvement and self-development, who can analysis and work with large data sets identifying key insights and decision points. Good organisational skills and attention to detail are need, as well as the ability to build strong credible relationships and influence key stakeholders/customers/suppliers

-Experience within a face paced supply chain environment with in-depth experience of a customer focused planning role is essential

-Degree qualified or similar logistics/supply chain qualification (e.g. APICS) is essential

-Manufacturing and long lead time planning experience within a large corporate environment is desirable

-Worked as part of a large cross functional team, directing and supporting internal customers & requirement

-Team focused and adaptable to cover other Supply Planning activities as required as well as willing to take on responsibilities i.e. leading projects and supporting cross-functional initiatives

-Experienced in reporting & presentations with high proficiency levels in the Microsoft Office suite
