- Maintaining day to day Compliance procedures for FCA Regulation
- Incoming and outbound call handling (new and existing clients)
- Corresponding and communicating with clients and insurance companies

- Dealing with general post in accordance with office procedures
- New Business Processing
- Mid term adjustments Processing
- Renewals Processing
- Liaising and resolving financial facility queries with both client and provider
- Customer service
