Your new role
You will be reducing outstanding debt by taking ownership for the collection of customer payments and chasing outstanding invoices from our customers, Managing the Sales ledger ensuring that all transactions are correctly allocated and reconciled. Creating robust processes by reviewing, improving, implementing and communicating innovative processes. Communicating with customers over the phone or via email as necessary. You will also be assisting the Accountant with daily, month end and annual reporting.
*This will be a stand alone credit control position*
What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a minimum of 5 years credit control experience and proven reduction in outstanding debt. Experience of using Sage and Excel. Have outstanding communication skills and love to find a better more efficient way of doing things.
