Sales Support Co-ordinator - German Speaker
Working from our corporate UK Head Office, we require an additional Sales Support Co-ordinator supporting our German Dealer Network as we expand the Sales Support team at Frimley. You will support our Major Accounts Sales team as part of our global sales support department. The Sales Support Co-ordinator role is an integral part of the department ensuring that the Sales Support function provides the main point of contact for our German colleagues and customers providing both service, sales administration, bids/tender co-ordination and reporting support along with IT provision. Reporting to the Bids Operations Manager and working within a medium sized team, the key accountabilities of the role are:-
The provision of administrative support to the Major Accounts tendering process and as required, to the Commercial Manager.
Liaison with relevant departments and stakeholders in order to gather the information required for the completion of tenders and other Major Account activities.
Provide detailed support to the collation of all documents required for the completion of the major accounts bids and tender process.
Development & Process
The development of business relationships with manufacturing plants, dealer networks and Territory Managers, to support Major Accounts.
The development of all documentation and supporting materials for Major Accounts.
Website & IT System
The maintenance and improvement of company systems to support the needs of the Major Accounts team. This will involve working closely with IT and Marcomms.
To be successful as our Sales Support Co-ordinator you will need to have fluent English and German language skills both written and verbal. Ideally you should have intermediate to advanced excel skills, experience of salesforce or another CRM system and previous reporting or sales support experience or bids/tenders knowledge.
