We are recruiting on behalf of a Central Sheffield based law firm for an experienced litigator to join their expanding team dealing with data protection breach matters

This is a varied and interesting position that will involve running your own caseload of litigated matters. Responsibilities will include;

- Taking instructions

- Drafting particulars of claim

- Assessing chances of success and valuing the claim

- Instructing Counsel and Forensic Experts

- Taking and drafting witness statements

- Running cases up to and through the trial process

This role is ideal for a litigator with either personal injury or civil litigation experience looking for a change in direction and a more niche area of litigation work.
