Role: Commercial Manager/Commercial Director

The Role:
You will be taking ownership of growing the UK sales function by taking a hands-on role developing the next level of UK channel growth.
As a senior manager you will lead the current team of four, as well getting stuck in by developing new relationships with potential partners as well as prospecting for direct business.
As the UK business develops you will look to grow the team by recruiting driven, motivated and ambitious sale professionals.

About You:

- A background in technology/digital sales
- Experience in both a direct and partner based sales
- A self-starter who isn't afraid of getting involved and leading from the front
- Experience of developing relationships with Enterprise businesses
- Technical know-how that instils trust and credibility both internally and with prospective client and partners.
- Leadership qualities that inspire teams and drive success
