Julie Rose Recruitment are looking for an Accounts Administrator to work in a growing professional services company based in Orpington.
Duties for the Accounts Administrator:
- Full accounts payable and full accounts receivable
- Bank entry and reconciliation using Sage L50
- Petty Cash and Credit card reconciliation
- Debt collection
- Chasing payment certificates on outstanding applications
- Scanning, archiving and filing
- Manage fuel cards, dart charge and congestion charge
- Dealing with queries when colleagues are absent
- Printing off supplier & contractor invoices
Person Specification for the Accounts Administrator:
- Experience with Sage Line 50
- Intermediate skills with Excel
