EA to Partners - Investment / Private Equity - Mayfair

This is a varied role with much opportunity ( role is available as current EA has been promoted!) With a boutique office environment - team of 9 in London office, the firm have 5 international offices and a very collaborative approach. This role is suited to someone who is of graduate calibre and someone who has supported at senior level before with a minimum of 3-5 years experience. The role is supporting 2 Partners and occasional travel support for 2 VPs. Diary management and travel is a huge part of the role ie, booking flights, visas, hotels and the production of detailed itineraries ( 1 partner travels extensively on roadshows and can visit multiple countries in 1 week). Other duties will include booking appointments and meetings, general administrative tasks, CRM and database management, expenses management for the Partners and VPs (4).
The successful candidate will be very organised and have excellent attention to detail, well spoken and well presented is a must! IT savvy, positive and proactive with the ability to work under pressure as well as independently.
