Description

As an administrator you will be expected to carry out the following duties:

  • Handle customer enquiries over the phone and via email
  • Monitor deliveries and investigate lost orders
  • Provide switchboard and reception duties
  • Create and distribute Daily/Weekly/Monthly sales reports
  • Occasional sales order processing

Profile

To be successful in this role you will have some of the below skills:

  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good Customer Service Skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to work alone and part of a team
  • Good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Job Offer

Basic Salary c£18,000 - £20,000
