Learning Development Consultant
We have an exciting opportunity to recruit a Learning Development Consultant to join our Client based in Peterlee.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of our employee development model to all staff, from new hires, core and top talent in a Service Desk environment.
As a Learning Development Consultant some of your responsibilities will include:
- Overall responsibility for induction programs including further support for apprentices across each site
- Facilitating and driving ongoing development and delivery of the CORE value coaching framework, coaching and accreditation programme and performance management processes across all sites
- Driving the quality function across all sites to deliver a proactive, closed loop service that delivers continuous improvement to our Client
- Conducting detailed training needs analysis to identify training and skills gaps and align to remedial interventions in line with our Clients strategic goals and business needs
The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing complex learning and development programs across multiple sites, strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to adapt these to suit all audience levels within the business as well as experience driving cultural change within organisations.
CIPD/CILP qualifications are preferred but not essential.
