My client, a unique Asset Management Firm based South of Norwich have an excellent opportunity to join their friendly office based Business Support Team.
My client are ideally looking for an experienced Administrator to help them with their fund administration and general business support. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be a strong team player, with an exceptional learning capability and robust Excel skills (no Macro's but a good level of skill above the average).
You must have your own reliable transport as this role is based in a rural environment with no public transport.
Processing and monitoring of new and existing unit purchases, sales, transfers to ensure accurate data and results are delivered in a timely manner.
Ability to use and contribute to the refining of processes and procedures to ensure smooth running of operations.
Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with internal and required regulatory standards.
Reconcile records relating to Bankers/Custodians and other Third Parties.
Assist in the production of timely and accurate investment reports, commissions and communications to clients.
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate the following:
- You will ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a numerate environment.
- You will have strong Excel skills (eg working knowledge of standard formulas)
- You will have the ability to work consistently under pressure including time and quality.
- You will be a strong team player able to pick up and share tasks from and with colleagues.

Pension - AutoEnrol- starting 3% contribution increasing to 5% following two years employment
Hours 9-5 Mon-Fri with 30 minutes for lunch
