Salary - £ 20,000 per annum

Make every drop of your potential count. We are looking for a permanent Water Regulations Administrator to join our team in Huntingdon.

The role holder will provide an outstanding level of service to customers as a primary point of contact for incoming queries and proactive liaison and collaboration with all stakeholders to ensure satisfactory resolution

What will you be doing?

Your role will be to provide a primary, quality focused point of contact for internal and external customers to raise queries and apply effective communication skills, networks and channels to progress to resolution.

Your role involves, general administration tasks including, correspondence to internal and external customers, and providing performance and quality related data on a monthly basis. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, for our teams' field based Water Regulations Engineers.

Additionally, you will also be a first point of contact and provide telephone support to members of our approved plumber/ contractor scheme (APLUS). As well as administer the day to day correspondence you will also process applications forms, maintain our membership details and issue membership cards. In addition to this, you will promote our scheme through production of a quarterly newsletter.


What do you need?

Ideally an admin background, our successful candidate will:

  • Be computer literacy and database skills
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Be a team player
  • Have the ability to work to tight deadlines effectively
  • Be Flexible
  • Have ability to adapt and challenge
  • Have good numeracy/literacy skills
  • Holding a Water Regulations Qualification is desirable
