£14 per hour 2 days a week
My client are seeking an experienced payroll officer to join their finance team. The purpose of this role is to hold sole responsibility for the payroll process and support both colleagues and employees across multiple companies.
Ensure payroll is completed within a timely manner.
Following compliance guidelines.
Implement policies , procedures and systems to keep service running effectively.
Reconciliation of payrolls.
Manage Pension Contributions.
Process new starters, changes and leavers.
Maintain employee records.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 5 years' payroll experience in a fast paced, dynamic company
Thorough knowledge of statutory requirements relating to payroll
Attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise workloads
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be both a team player and have the ability to work individually when required
ADP or Sage experience
