Headway is looking to recruit a strong administrator for their client, a charity organisation based in Leeds city centre. The successful candidate will join an existing team with primary responsibility for managing bookings for their training courses. This a busy role requiring excellent organisational skills, knowledge of diary management and CRM systems. General duties will include:

·Dealing appropriately with telephone, email and other enquiries from members and non-members;
·Word processing, transcribing, data entry and drafting of routine correspondence;
·Collation, production and distribution of documents and information;
·Maintaining up to date customer database information and producing statistical reports;
·Production and distribution of paperwork for meetings and events, taking meeting minutes as required;
·Booking rooms, liaising with attendees, arranging catering and so on in relation to meetings and events;
·Making team travel and accommodation bookings;
·Supporting the Finance & HR Manager regarding invoices and payments owing to the IMA
As a member of the team, you will be able to support your other colleagues with their work and cover for holidays. This is a varied and interesting role and a perfect opportunity for someone who loves organising and scheduling events, who has a high degree of accuracy and has the flexibility to support colleagues.
The starting salary for this role is £18,000 rising to £20,250 with experience. The client offers excellent holidays and a good pension. Hours of work are 9.00 am - 5.00 pm with 1 hour lunch.
