Our chef's have the following responsibilities:
Maintaining our 5 star food hygiene rating & AA rosette
Preparing & cooking fresh food in our busy award winning kitchen
Creating specials and developing the menu, regularly changing with the seasons
Working evenings and weekends is part of the job
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness in the kitchen and yard areas
What we need from you:
Demonstrate a passion to deliver fantastic & consistent fresh food every time
Team player with excellent communication skills, honesty, reliability & integrity
A calm and organised Chef who works well as part of the team.
Senior chef's are expected to assist less experienced improve their skills & knowledge
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Level 2 Food Hygiene
