Our client, a significant player in the fresh vegetable industry is looking to strengthen its team by appointing a Commercial Manager to manage the commercial and supply chain relationships with its leading customers.

Reporting in to the Managing Director, the role will be to manage the day to day contact and liaison with customers as well as ensuring delivery of a smooth supply chain from their growing base. They are looking for someone who is a strong relationship builder, has a detailed understanding of international supply chain and who will be able to make an immediate impact.

As it is such a fast moving product area, you will be highly involved in planning and forecasting, as well as weekly and seasonal negotiating. Delivering customer KPI's, good service levels, and overall excellent customer management will see this business develop further.
You will have fresh produce national account management experience and a proven track record of international supply chain delivery. With this being a key role in their business our client is offering a rewarding package for the right person. The Salary is negotiable upon experience but is likely to be circa £50,000pa + excellent benefits.
