Our client, a long established, highly professional and ethical international Financial Advice organisation focussing on offering their clients the best ISA's, savings and investments, protection/personal insurance, critical illness plans and pension retirement planning, has an opportunity for a field sales Financial Adviser.
Due to a mix of upcoming retirements and expansion plans, they are seeking an experienced field sales person to cover the Hereford and Worcester areas.
This is an employed b2c role with a large client database to develop (but will also involve pro-active business development activity), fully expensed company car, good basic salary and uncapped bonus!
Ideally from a similar financial services background with strong field sales B2C skills, you will receive comprehensive induction, in-depth product training and on-going support will be given.
This is a field based role, so you will need to demonstrate self motivation, the energy and desire to achieve high earnings level and good organisational skills. You will be smart, professional and enthusiastic about providing the best possible advice and the highest level of customer service.
The role offers the unique opportunity of a large database of existing and dormant clients to approach. Managing your own diary, you will need the drive, initiative and confidence to contact the customer and arrange a meeting to conduct a detailed fact find/financial review of their life insurance cover, critical illness, savings and investments and protection cover.
Reporting to the Area Manager, the Financial Adviser will be required to achieve regular sales of new business to attain individual and company sales objectives whilst providing on going quality customer service.
Our client has a long established involvement in community initiatives/projects and hosts family events and days out for their clients. This is genuinely a company who demonstrate their commitment by actions rather than words.
In addition, the Financial Adviser will carry out the following:
Service existing customers through regular reviews.
Expand existing customer sales through these regular reviews.
Expand the customer base through referrals and other direct sales techniques if required.
Attend regular meetings with the Area Manager and colleagues.
Complete all documentation required by the Company.
