F&B Operations Manager: Situated just 10 miles from the centre of London, this 3* 19th Century Country House Hotel has created this new and exciting role of F&B Operations Manager, offering the right candidate the opportunity to build a great team in beautiful surroundings.
The successful F&B Operations Manager will receive:
·Competitive salary of £30,000 per annum

·Meals on duty
Reporting directly to the General Manager the F&B Operations Manager will be responsible for:
·Accountable for the people, product & profit
·Working to budgets and targets
·Maximising profit through sales & yield
·Leading, training and progressing the team
·Planning and forecasting future sales and revenue opportunities
·The ability to process and turn a department round
·Overseeing the operational side of all F&B departments
The ideal Operations manager will need to have previous experience at hotel management level and would ideally be used to working in a hands on busy role. This is a sought after position with plenty of room for progression.
