Be a Head of Operations

This role is all about being responsible for all operational performance against delivery, quality and financial targets and providing clear, strong and inspirational leadership to Regional management team, to foster a culture of high performance.

In brief you will:

  • Provide clear, strong and inspirational leadership to regional operational management team in which performance is regularly reviewed and staff are highly motivated and engaged.
  • Recruit and retain high quality team members, ensuring every team member is equipped with the skills, knowledge and experience necessary to demonstrate their full potential.
  • Ensure all team members are fully compliant with legal, contractual and best practice training as necessary.
  • Be responsible for overall operations governance, working with the Compliance & Assurance Leads to provide assurance that all operational processes are contract compliant and fit for purpose.
