We pride ourselves on not only inspiring and advising customers when they make their holiday booking but also on delivering a fantastic service prior to their departure. In this role you will support the delivery of a premium level of service to all customers through knowledge, organisation skills and your experience within a sales team. This will entail supporting administration functions of the UK sales team, communicated with customers prior to their holiday and working closely with the aviation department and team leaders to aid them with their service delivery.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

  • Mailflow, Admin Inbox & Customer Emails:
  • Sort unsubscribe/reply and delegate incoming customer enquiries (both sales and aftersales)
  • Manage incoming paperwork required for yacht charters to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Update/upload/manage existing bookings and relevant passenger information
  • Manage email capture report and online bookings - check and capture missing information and engage sales team as necessary plus issue online bookings invoices
  • Manage API reports across two charter brands. Ensure 100% accuracy to help support our overseas operation
  • Investigate and resolve issues on existing bookings as per requests from internal departments or overseas operations
  • Support the aviation team issuing e-tickets where applicable
  • Ensure booking & amendment accuracy by the sales team
  • Support with travel agent and broker trading agreements where necessary
  • Manage pre-departure calls including conducting calls and upselling ancillary products to all customers
  • Track the sales team performance against monthly incentives
  • Support in co-ordinating sales training globally
  • During peak periods cover phone calls and support the team by call handling
  • Where necessary would be expected to work weekend shifts and attend boat shows
