NEW OPPORTUNITY for a payroll professional to lead the operation for both UK and International payrolls for an organisation along with assisting in strategic developments and innovation within payroll from systems and process perspective.

Description

You will be responsible for:

  • Working in a team environment in processing a UK and International payroll from start to finish
  • Engaging with local in-country payroll providers to meet delivery timelines while minimising escalations
  • Processing statutory deductions and manual calculations
  • Dealing with payroll queries in a timely and effective manner
  • Serve as subject matter expert (SME) of international payroll processes
  • Additional duties as required

Profile

The successful candidate will have the following core competencies:

  • Payroll/HR/Finance/Systems background with an understanding of the core competencies of the payroll process
  • Setting high standards for quality and quantity
  • Strong excel skills, advanced level advantageous
  • Experience in multi-national shared service environment
  • Experience in processing global payroll

Job Offer

This role offers c£30,000 + benefits
