We are currently looking for an experienced Reward & Policy Manager to assist in developing and delivering the reward strategy for the business. Manage reward projects ensuring they are delivered on time and are in line with the needs of the business.

Your main responsibilities:

  • Continually review and develop reward solutions, which improve employee engagement and support our attraction and retention strategies
  • Work collaboratively across the HR team, ensuring all reward activities are aligned with the overall business and HR Strategy and company values
  • Work with key stakeholders both internally and externally Parkdean Resorts to deliver the Reward & Benefits strategy
  • Develop and deliver reward and benefits policies and procedures, which support business needs and are underpinned by appropriate governance and reporting
  • Working with Internal Communications, Develop appropriate relevant and engaging communications and guidance
  • Work in partnership with the HR Business Partnering Team to ensure reward and benefits initiatives, and communications are communicated and embedded effectively
  • Business lead for reward and benefits, ensuring Parkdean Resorts comply with the relevant legislation and government guidance
  • Collate and analyse market data making recommendations as appropriate
  • Conduct reward related equality audits, taking appropriate steps to ensure fairness and consistency in the operation of reward and benefits strategies, policies and procedures
  • Proactively participate in relevant salary and benefits benchmarking activity
  • Effective management of external advisers and service providers
  • Develop and maintain a career, pay and grading framework in line with the changing needs of the organisation
  • Support the ongoing development of People Metrics with HR Business Partners and the wider HR team
  • Manage and develop the salary structure to ensure it is aligned to appropriate markets, conforms to Equal Pay legislation and gender pay gap
  • Lead the annual salary review process effectively including data collation and analysis, costs and recommendations
  • Develop appropriate bonus, incentives and commission arrangements, aligned to the overall reward strategy
  • Oversee the annual Equal Pay audit process, and Gender Pay Gap Reporting
