Are you a Telesales or Customer Service professional looking for a new and exciting permanent role based in Swindon?
We have the pleasure of recruiting for a great company who manufacture and sell a market leading and innovative product.
You will convey positivity and have a can-do attitude, a team player. You will ideally come from a call centre environment, this is desired but not essential. Excellent communication skill. excellent planning and organisational skills. It is essential that you understand the importance of customer service and understanding customers needs. Have the ability to work under pressure and achieve monthly sales targets.
You will be responsible for expanding the customer base by generating new business trials through cold calling within your agreed geographical areas. You will retain and grow revenues from the existing business water customer base through targeted campaigns.
Ensure trial processes are adhered to at all times, a minimum of 200 activity calls, out of an 8 hour (if full time) you will be expected to hit 4 hours talk time. By offering promotional incentives to gain commitment of the sale as necessary, ensuring guidelines are followed. Produce proposals, quotes and trial agreements for interested prospects. Complete customer feedback surveys and reporting back on a monthly basis to the Telesales Manager.
- Ensure all customer data is updated regularly and accurately within the database.
- Ensure a good understanding of the competitors and other factors affecting the customer within the assigned territory.
- Recognise opportunities for the Field Sales Team and Management.
- Make sales appointments for the Field Sales Team and Management.
- Working with colleagues across the business.
- Ensure adherence to all H&S requirements.
- To undertake any other additional tasks as required by the company.

In return you will get:
A basic salary between £16,500-£17,500 P.A + OTE £5,000 + Quarterly Bonus. Commission targets are based on revenue target of £67,000 a year. Direct sales will add 100% of revenue against the target, indirect sales will add 50% revenue. All revenue will be commission against at 2% or at the higher rate of 3% if 100% of monthly target is reached. Commission is uncapped and a quarterly bonus of £500 will be paid on achieving 100% of quarterly bonus.
