CLIENT SUPPORT ANALYST - FX / PAYMENTS
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen in at a global FinTech company for a CLIENT SUPPORT ANALYST. Reporting directly to the Client Support Manager, you will be responsible for investigating payments and providing internal and external client support. The successful candidate will have experience dealing with international payments (SWIFT, FX) and have excellent customer service skills.
" Providing front-line support to all clients, via email and telephone
" Investigating payments
" Recognising and resolving failures and delayed payments
" Liaising with clients and the Client Support team to maintain and develop strong relationships
To be successful in this role you MUST have solid payments experience, ideally gained within global financial services / banking environment. The role requires shift work on a rotational basis (earliest start is 7am). Strong IT and communication skills are also essential.
