Customer Service Advisor/Office Administator

Part Time 2-3 days per week.

Could lead to full time

What you’ll be doing…

  • Researching potential new clients
  • To ensure that queries are responded to within our agreed response time
  • To achieve KPI’s whilst maintaining excellent quality
  • To handle customers across email and phone
  • You will work with your colleagues across Customer Care to identify and highlight trends in any customer queries

  • Proven previous experience in a Customer Care role ideally call centre or online queries
  • Good PC & typing skills
