HR and Sales Administrator
up to £20k
This is a varied administration role role providing support to the HR Manager and the sales team.
Duties will include:
- Tracking absence/holidays,
- updating and maintaining personnel records
- Tracking training requirements
- Sending out offers of HR related correspondance
- Assisting with recruitment - booking interviews, sending offers of employment etc
- Processing sales orders
- Contacting customers building rapport and updating customers with new products.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Some experience of HR and Sales
- Good computer skills and the ability to work accurately.
- Excellent organisation skills
- A confident and enthusiastic person with the ability to build strong business relationships and make proactive calls to promote products.
Full time Monday to Friday 8.45am - 5.15pm
