Entry Level Administrator

Mid Kent

£15k-£20k

My client, a professional company based in Mid Kent are looking for an entry level administrator to begin their career.. Ideally you will be a graduate or school leaver with excellent A Levels with some solid office based experience.

Duties include:

  • First point of contact for calls, directing to relevant person
  • Managing the post; facilities management for the office
  • Receiving deliveries and filing notes
  • Managing documentation and extracting information where necessary
  • Learning various systems within the system to input data daily
  • Supporting other teams with various administrative tasks when necessary
  • Any other ad hoc duties

The right candidate will have/be:

  • Strong A levels or be Degree level educated
  • Willing to work under pressure
  • The ability to meet deadlines under demanding circumstances
  • An enthusiastic and positive approach to work
  • Organised with a good attention to detail
  • Switched on and pro-active
  • Some experience within an office
