This innovative, manufacturing organisation with a global reach are looking to engage with an experienced Finance Assistant on a full time, permanent basis.
Your new role
Your role will be varied, but principally you will be in control of the companies purchase ledger operation, ensuring that all invoices and purchase orders are appropriately reconciled and a monthly payment is made to all company suppliers. You will also assist with the sales ledger function, producing invoices to customers and uploading onto dedicated system. You will also be required to maintain company payroll data such as maintaining annual leave records, downloading employee time recordings and work alongside the payroll manager to minimalise variances in hours worked to recorded.
What you'll need to succeed
As the right candidate for this role, you will have experience in both purchase and sales ledger with a willingness to continue your learning by supporting a busy finance operation. Experience of Pegasus Opera 3 would be highly advantageous, alongside good Microsoft Excel skills. AAT qualification or a desire to qualify, would be desirable.
