Based in Stansted our client seeks an all round support and admin team member with excellent written and telephone based skills
A busy role working to set timescales and as part of a busy team
Attending morning meetings and taking notes
Logging holiday and sickness on the internal system
Sending out client information and checking the completion of legal documentations
Working one to one and support to a busy department when needed
Responding to emails and sending out written replies
Ability to liaise at all levels, take notes at meetings and use of Excel and Powerpoint
General admin and making appointments
Ability to liaise at all levels and first point of contact for calls and visitors when needed
