Our client sources stunning properties from around the UK to provide customers with their dream holiday getaway. They are now looking for an Owner Services Manager to join them on a part time basis and deliver a high-quality service to their property owners.

The Role

As the Owner Services Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of holiday properties in the Sussex region and deliver an outstanding service to property owners.

Reporting to the Owner Services Team Manager, you will help to bring new houses to market, including writing content, arranging photoshoots and reviewing details before they are published on the website.

Striving to provide high levels of customer service, you’ll respond to owners’ queries via telephone and email and ensure any issues are swiftly resolved.

Additionally, you will:

- Carry out analysis on your portfolio
- Suggest ways to enhance the presentation of properties to help grow sales
- Liaise with the Marketing Department to create social media content and blogs for your properties
- Help to manage any refused and cancelled bookings
- Upload content and data to internal systems and the website

About You

To be considered as an Owner Services Manager, you will need:

- Experience in an administration role
- Previous experience of working in a busy office environment
- A clean driving licence
- Great communication skills
- A strong customer focus

A degree level qualification would be beneficial to your application, as would previous experience in the travel and/or tourism industry.

Our client would love to hear from you if you’ve worked as a Customer Service Administrator, Administrator or Office Administrator.

This is a part time role, working 22.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 13:30.
