As part of their on-going expansion our client is recruiting for a full time Sales Advisor.
About the Sales Advisor role
You will be first point of contact for their customers, whether they are looking to start their journey in stopping smoking or want to experience the wide range of products that they offer. The key to their success is a combination of their outstanding team, their product knowledge and commitment of delivering only the highest quality vaping products. They believe in providing each customer with a personalised service, tailored to their requirements, getting to know their preferences and being by their side every step of their vaping journey.
With all that in mind, you won’t be surprised that their expectations are high for their team members. They believe they are the key to their success as a team member, you are a brand ambassador: demonstrating their products, providing product advice and guidance as well as ensuring that their stores are well stocked, welcoming and clean. You might also be canvassing outside in quieter times to help convince smokers to make the switch to vaping.
Qualities they are looking for in their Sales Advisor:
- Previous experience working in a similar Sales Advisor role, with in a direct customer facing environment (essential)
- A real passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Willingness to learn and demonstrate their products
- Professional, enthusiastic and friendly manner
- Excellent communication skills
- Problem solving, positive approach
- A committed Team Player who is able to lead and motivate their team- Experience using EPOS systems and stock management
- Experience in managing KPI’s and Sales targets
- Vaping experience (preferred)
- Must be over 18 to apply
