We are delighted to be supporting our long term client with another fantastic opportunity to work within their busy Accounts department however the team are a relax team environment.

We are recruiting for a Sales Ledger administrator who is able to support all functions of Accounts administration. We are ideally looking for candidates from a sales ledger admin background that enjoys working in a fast paced environment and are confident on the telephone.

Even though this is a busy department it is also a lovely relax working environment

Responsibilities:

  • Administration of credit account applications
  • Active part of the credit control process, chasing outstanding debts via telephone, letter and e-mail
  • Posting and matching of payments on the Sales Ledger
  • Processing customer refunds
  • Administration of customer accounts
  • Assist with the monthly Sales Ledger reporting.
  • Input into aged debtors analysis
  • General accounts administration including filing and retrieval of paperwork

Experience

  • Proven experience in a Sales Ledger and/or Credit Control administration role
  • Ideally working with SAP or a similar system
  • Used to volume transactional environment
