8:45- 5:15 (Mon-Thurs) 8:45-4:45pm (Friday) + 25 days holiday + Bonus + excellent company benefits

A reputable and market leading international financial services company is searching for a capable Legal and Administration Assistant to join their offices in Leeds City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for an exceptional individual to join an innovative and established company as Legal and Administration Assistant. This is an ideal pre-legal role for a capable and strong administrator with a background in the legal sector including insolvencies and CCJs.

As Legal and Administration Assistant you will be working closely with the Collections team, providing pre-legal support and so experience of working in a collections role with knowledge of CCJs or Insolvency is required. In addition, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks which will include, but not be limited to:

  • Ensuring the insolvency and legal workflow queues are kept up to data via post and email correspondence
  • Ensuring accounts are up to date, all paperwork is dealt with accordingly and that responses are directed correctly.
  • Inputting customer data to a high degree of accuracy
  • Preparing paperwork and document creation
  • Making outbound calls to customers as and when required

Successful candidates will ideally will have experience of working within a collections environment and will have working knowledge and experience of Insolvencies and CCJ's.In addition to the following skills and attributes:

  • High attention to detail and first-rate communication skills, both over the telephone and in writing
  • Strong IT skills including the full Microsoft package
  • Ideally have a legal background
  • Experience as an Enforcement Officer is desired, but not essential
