Specialist Advertising

c£25,000 Basic, Likely On Target Earnings £40,000 to £45,000 (Commissions are uncapped and 2nd year earnings will be more ) + Company Car + Pension and Expenses

Our client islooking for an engaging and resourceful Field Sales Executive to maximise their business opportunities across the North / North West London Region.

They are one of the leaders for their particular service and the potential for future growth is huge - and they will need you to drive it forward. They are now looking for an ambitious individual who wants to build a successful Sales career and in doing so they will definitely be helping their customers and earning the excellent Commissions on offer.

This Company will be looking for a keen eye for an opportunity, a friendly yet tenacious approach to work, and excellent communication, sales and closing skills. You will be promoting their services to customers both in the end user sector and via specialist agencies where there is plenty of opportunity to develop business and increase sales.

You need to be confident and capable of speaking with a range of potential clients, from department managers up to Director level, and be committed to hitting targets. In return, you’ll get good training and support and an excellent commission scheme with uncapped earning potential. Established and successful Sales executives in the Company are earning over £75,000 per year.

Skills and experience needed:

  • Some Field Sales experience will be required. You could be working from home already or the field Sales experience could be as part of your role ( For example advertising representative or recruiters who work both in the office and in the field )
  • Sales experience including negotiation and pitching for business
  • A track record of some sort in achieving sales targets
  • You will need to be a good communicator in both verbal and written formats
  • You will need to have an entrepreneurial spirit with high energy and self-motivation
  • You will be naturally "Target driven" and be keen to develop your Sales experience and earn the open ended commissions available
  • Good communication skills and an ability to build excellent business relationships.
  • Any experience within advertising or related sectors will be viewed as a bonus
  • A good level of computer literacy and a Full Clean Driving License ( No more than 6 points ) are also essential.
  • An ability to adopt different sales styles to match customers' requirements and close business
  • The ability to prioritise leads and maximize revenue generation
  • Commercially astute and confident working on your own initiative
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
