We have partnered with a global footwear brand currently recruiting a Sales distribution assistant to join the dynamic team.

Key responsibilities;

Relationship management with PLG distributors, to achieve Sales results, brand focus and support efficient use of local investments

Being the "go to person" for key PLG distributors on all sales related matters, to ensure any issues are resolved in a timely manner

Managing and monitoring our distributors sales, growth and inventory - including market reports of sell in and sell through

Liaising with the Operations/Customer Services team and distributors to align market needs with the seasonal buy calendar. In doing so, working closely together to publish timely operational guidelines ( order dates, delivery schedules, minimum order quantities, forecasting requirements etc.

Liaising with distributors to ensure that appropriate and timely payment terms are in place

Coordinating with Marketing to ensure all partners follow marketing guidelines, monitor investments & encourage all to take part in official programs

Attending and supporting the PLG seasonal sales meetings (EMEA)

In depth analysis of seasonal forecast, monitoring buys and analyzing total seasonal buy (versus forecast) in order to give feedback to product and sales development

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will be a flexible self-starter with experience of working in a sales or sales support role for a specific brand, ideally footwear or apparel and in a national or regional role.
You will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding objectives and growing sales. Ideally you will have experience of working with distributors and a thorough knowledge of the sales landscape.
You will also have excellent communication and relationship building skills alongside superior planning and analytical skills. You will be highly numerate and comfortable with key performance metrics.
You must be able to travel in both the UK and internationally as required and have excellent technical skills for all Microsoft packages (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
